Get up, today you get to be beautiful. I know it may be tough, but you’re strong and can do whatever you set your mind to. You deserve the best, and that’s what you’ll get. You don’t need anyone who gives you less. Stand up to those who put you down and strive to do your best every day. You’re beautiful inside and out and you can do this. God loves you and wants you to be happy and do what you love to do. Take what life offers and make the best of it. Keep working hard and in the future you’ll have all you’ve ever wanted. Keep your head up and your heart strong. You can get through today because you can get through anything. Your family and friends love you so much.

P.S. You don’t need him. Don’t let him tempt you, rise above all that he is and be strong. You deserve better. You deserve love, compassion, and loyalty and anyone who does other than that doesn’t deserve to be in your life. You are so beautiful, smart, and talented. Don’t let him get the best of you. Listen to happy music and be joyous. Look at other boys and smile. Let them love you and take every opportunity. Be yourself and love with all your heart. Keep it light, easy, and fun. Don’t worry in search of love. God has a plan for you and your life doesn’t include him. Live your beautiful life without worry or hurt and just be happy being you.

"You think because he doesn’t love you that you are worthless. You think that because he doesn’t want you anymore that he is right — that his judgement and opinion of you are correct. If he throws you out, then you are garbage. You think he belongs to you because you want to belong to him. Don’t. It’s a bad word, ‘belong.’ Especially when you put it with somebody you love. Love shouldn’t be like that. Did you ever see the way the clouds love a mountain? They circle all around it; sometimes you can’t even see the mountain for the clouds. But you know what? You go up top and what do you see? His head. The clouds never cover the head. His head pokes through, beacuse the clouds let him; they don’t wrap him up. They let him keep his head up high, free, with nothing to hide him or bind him. You can’t own a human being. You can’t lose what you don’t own. Suppose you did own him. Could you really love somebody who was absolutely nobody without you? You really want somebody like that? Somebody who falls apart when you walk out the door? You don’t, do you? And neither does he. You’re turning over your whole life to him. Your whole life, girl. And if it means so little to you that you can just give it away, hand it to him, then why should it mean any more to him? He can’t value you more than you value yourself."
